Spa Etiquette

• We recommend a 10 minutes arrival prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Please leave your valuables at home or in your room. We will not be responsible for loss or stolen items.
• We require changes or cancellations to be received by noon of the day prior to your appointment. No shows will be charged a 20% of the service price.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals will still end as scheduled.
• A 1.5 % local tax will be added to all Spa Treatments.
• Additional gratuity may be added at the good judgment of the guest.
• We ask that all cell phones be turned off while in the Spa.

Please feel free to make any Comments or Suggestions (by emailing us!!!) regarding your Treatment to the Spa Director.
Gift cards may be purchased for specific treatments or monetary value.
Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
